Framework for Asbestos Removal and Disposal Contractors for the Health Service Executive . The HSE invites applications from contractors who wish to be included on the Framework for the completion of asbestos removal and disposal works to units within the corporate estate of the HSE that may arise from time to time during the duration of the Framework . Contractors that are admitted to the Framework will be invited to participate in mini- competitions by the HSE for nominated works. Further information and application form are attached to this notice
