All communications should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

Any queries submitted on this tender between Friday 23rd December 2016 and Monday 2nd January 2017 inclusive will be answered as soon as possible and the return date has been adjusted to allow for this.

The Supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format at responses which is via hard copy only.

Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. eTenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the e tenders email only.
