The Electrical Works include the following: • Complete Lighting and Emergency Lighting Installation • Complete Site Lighting Installation • Complete Fire Alarm and Protective Services Installation • Complete Lightning Protection Installation • Complete General Services Installation • Complete Mechanical Plant Wiring Installation • Complete supply and installation of all Main and Submain Boards and Cabling • Complete Lift Installation and associated Design • Complete Commissioning and Certification of all installations • Specific design will be provided in the following areas:- Compliance with Building Regulations, compliance with Fire Strategy, compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, performances achievable by façade types in order to meet the current Part L Regulations, acoustic performance, etc.
