A caterer is sought to operate the following four restaurants which are located in the northern half of the NUI Galway campus. This part of the campus has seen significant development in recent years with the majority of the University’s €400m capital programme taking place in this location. Friars c. 175 seats plus 24 external seats, opened September 2005 DERI Café 68 seats opened January 2007 ZINC Café 128 seats plus 50 external seats, opened in 2011 Tog Sos, 50 seats, opened in 2014.
