MH FS 02 16 - Provision of Architectural / Consultant Engineer Led Multi- disciplinary Design Team Services

The Council is now engaging in a competitive tendering process for design team services in respect of Architect/ Engineer Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team in the county of Meath. It is the Council’s intention to establish a multi-party framework agreement of four years’ duration for the appointment of Architect/ Engineer Led Multi-Disciplinary Design teams. It is envisaged that the multi-disciplinary team appointed will consist of the following individuals/skills. However, other disciplines may be required for the delivery of a successful service; such disciplines will be appointed as and when the need arises and will be expected to liaise closely with the successful tenderer in respect of this contract. • Lead Architect/ Engineer, also possibly acting as Employers Representative • Civil / Structural Engineer, also possibly acting as Employers Representative • Mechanical / Electrical Consultant; • Quantity Surveyor • Project Supervisor Design Stage (PSDP) Only those Candidates capable of delivering all of the disciplines listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered.
