ESB is requesting proposals from organisations for marketing support services to support the market entry of our new subsidiary (‘Project Arrow’, which will initially enter the Dual Fuel Residential segment of the Energy Supply market in Great Britain i.e. England, Scotland and Wales).
Your firm is now invited to respond to the PQQ provided it meets the criteria contained therein.
Interested parties should note that this selection process is not governed by the provisions of Directive 2014/14/EU or Directive 2014/25/EU (or the Irish regulations transposing those Directives) and ESB does not intend to follow the procedures or rules set out in those Directives/Regulations in this selection process.
