Public Lighting Maintenance & Related Services Contract – Kilkenny/Carlow. The Contract is for the repair and maintenance of public lighting equipment and related services in Counties Kilkenny and Carlow on behalf of Kilkenny & Carlow County Councils. Timescale: The Maintenance Contract will initially operate for a two year period. Subject to continued satisfactory compliance with the terms of the Contract, the Contract may be renewed on an annual basis up to a maximum period of two years.
