MMP036C - Expressions of Interest to establish a Contract for the supply of National Vehicle Driver File Motor Tax Discs in two sorts
The Minister for Housing, Planning, Community & Local Government (the “Contracting Authority”) invites responses (“Responses”) to this pre-qualification questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators (“Candidates”) for the provision of the goods summarised in Appendix 1 to this PQQ (“the Goods”). The Office of Government Procurement (“the OGP”) is conducting the procurement process on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The OGP is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service.
This competition will comprise the following stages: (i) Stage 1 - Short-listing The seeking of Responses and the short-listing of all Candidates that are compliant and meet the selection criteria in section 3.2 of this PQQ; and (ii) Stage 2 - Tendering and Award (“Stage 2”) Those entities that have been successfully short-listed (“Tenderers”) will be issued with a Request for Tenders (“RFT”).
