HSE 7713 - External Support of an eHealth Ecosystem Facilitator for HSE

The HSE invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a tender for a tender competition to provide external support for an eHealth Ecosystem Facilitator.

Please note that this competition will be managed electronically, i.e. the Invitation to Tender documentation is available to download from the etenders, (http://www.etender.gov.ie/), and tenders must be submitted by uploading the tender electronically via the website. Please see the Invitation to Tender document for advice in this regard.

You are advised to allow plenty of time to complete and upload your tender submission by the closing date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 Noon Monday 19th December 2016.

Please note that any queries you may have in respect of this competition must be submitted in writing via the Message facility on the Contract Notice on the etenders website; no personal email correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Invitation to Tender competition.

The final date for receipt of queries in respect of this tender competition is 12:00 Noon Friday 9th December 2016. Responses to questions and requests for clarification will be provided in a MS Word document available as part of the Invitation to Tender documentation which will be updated as and when responses are provided. Tenderers are advised to ensure they access the most recent version of this document to ensure they have access to all information available in advance of submitting their tender response.
