Provision of services for the Administration of an EIP Locally Led Scheme for the Conservation of the Hen Harrier and/or for the conservation of the Freshwater Pearl Mussel

The Provision of services for the Administration of an EIP Locally Led Scheme for the conservation of the Hen Harrier in specified core target areas AND/OR the provision of services for the Administration of an EIP Locally Led Scheme for the conservation of the Freshwater Pearl Mussel under the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. Working with the Contracting Authority in designing a scheme to be rolled out to eligible farmers, the establishment of a network of stakeholders with the relevant expertise at local level will be central to the design and implementation of activities under this measure. Developing tailored innovative solutions at local and farm level to respond to the challenge of the declining conservation status of the Hen Harrier and the Freshwater Pearl Mussel and to better optimise the particular habitat sensitivities need by both these species. Organising and running training sessions for the local networks of experts and for farmer participants on the details of the Schemes.
