Dear Contractor,

Please find attached with this letter the Expression of Interest with a list of works that are proposed for the development.

 

In addition to this you will find attached a form for PSCS. This must be completed and will for part of the Criteria in 3.4.1

3.4.1f: In order for your competencies to be assessed you must complete the form titled  " SF05Rev4 PSCS Health and Safety Assessment Form" and along with this form you MUST submit your safety Statement. NOTE: THIS IS  A PASS / FAIL CRITERIA AND IF YOUR SAFETY STATEMENT IS NOT SUBMITTED YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

 

In the event of questions and comments, please use the broadcast functionin etenders and all responses will be addressed as a group response. NO RESPONSES OUTSIDE OF THIS WILL BE ANSWERED.
