DES Equipment Lists - Tender for the supply, delivery and installation of DES Equipment lists for a new Stand Alone extension at Coláiste an Chraoibhín, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
Cork Education and Training Board is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of DES Equipment Lists for a new Stand Alone extension currently under construction at Coláiste an Chraoibhín, Duntahane Road, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
Coláiste an Chraoibhín is a co-educational school which opened in 1986 to cater for 350 students. The school is undergoing significant growth at the moment and this 3,800 square metre extension will allow us to cater for 850 students. The extension comprises of a Special Education Unit, extensive sport facilities, a suite of practical rooms as well as general classrooms.
This public procurement competition will be divided into twenty four (24) lots as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract.

Tenders must be delivered to the postal address below. Tenders delivered by hand or post must be delivered in sealed package(s). The package must be marked with the RFT Title and the word “Confidential”. Tenderers must clearly set out a return address on the Tender package. Tenders submitted by fax will NOT be accepted. The nominated address is:

Tenders must be received not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 20th December, 2016. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this competition.
We expect the new extension will be handed over to us at the beginning of May 2017, so we would expect delivery and installation to commence from Monday 8th May, 2017 by arrangement
with the School Principal, Mr. Christy Healy. However, if there is a delay with the handover date, we will notify the successful tenderer(s) as soon as possible. The delivery, installation and
commissioning of all equipment must be completed within four weeks from the commencement date for acceptance of deliveries, unless by prior agreement with the Principal.
Cork ETB will issue one purchase order to the successful tenderer(s) for each lot. The successful tenderer(s) will issue one invoice for each order once all deliveries have been completed
satisfactorily.
