Detailed description:

The existing building is part of the large, mixed use development "Tallaght Cross West", which is located in Tallaght Town Centre. The existing office building was developed to a shell and core standard. It is proposed to fit the shell and core building out to provide out patient services for the Regional HSE Orthodontic Unit and Tallaght Hospitals Endocrinology and Dermatology Departments within an existing 5 storey over 3 storey basements office block with a gross internal floor area of 2,842sqm
