2574 - Managed Equipment Service Contract for the Provision, Support and Maintenance of High End Range Ultrasound Systems

To whom it may concern,

Beaumont Hospital intends to award a managed equipment service contract for the provision, support and maintenance of two high end range ultrasound systems. 

In addition to the core managed equipment service contract relating to the provision of two high end range ultrasound machines, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to procure additional ultrasound equipment from the successful tenderer at any point during the initial five-year contract period. Such additional purchases may comprise the capital purchase of equipment, the awarding of separate managed equipment service contracts or the adjustment of the core managed equipment service contract to take into account the cost of additional machines.
