Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC (the Contracting Authority) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Limerick City and County Council. The newly established Limerick 2030 DAC, is tasked to plan and develop key strategic sites in Limerick City and County that will act as anchors for enterprise and investment development across Limerick.The key strategic sites are identified in the Limerick 2030: An Economic and Spatial Plan for Limerick, which sets out a comprehensive strategy for the economic and physical regeneration of Limerick to 2030 (see www.limerick2030.ie). The contracting authority wishes to establish a panel of suitably qualified property service providers on a framework agreement for the provision of property services over the next four years. This contract notice is Stage 1 of a two Stage process in accordance with the restrictive procurement route. Further information may be found in the enclosed contract notice documents.
