PR Brussels - Mobile Phone Handsets and associated Mobile Phone Service

The Department has a requirement for Mobile Phone Handsets and associated Mobile Phone Service. Responses should include options for SIM Only subscriptions as well as subsidised smartphone handsets. The nature of the work of the Department and its staff, involves significant overseas travel, so access to cost effective calls and texts to overseas locations and roaming mobile phone and data services along with the ability to change subscriptions for short periods of time is there a key requirement. The Department invites respondents to propose possible bundle options for cost effective voice, text and data bundles for national and international use. All handsets must be a minimum quad band for use worldwide. The Department has specific technical specifications and requirements for its smartphones, and responses should include options for the range of models available currently that meet these technical requirements.
