Wexford County Council seeks tenders for the supply of a self-propelled Mobile Library Vehicle. The Library component will be a separate unit mounted on a truck chassis and cab.

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times, format of response and whether via hard copy or via etenders website only.

Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to the formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than the authorities corporate email address.

N.B.

While electronic submission of public tenders will become mandatory in 2018, Wexford County Council continues to request tender submissions in hard copy at this time.  We therefore instruct you to disregard clause 2.6.1 of the Request For Tender (RFT) document and post your tender submission in triplicate to the following address:
