Call for Competition - Servitrol Overhaul Services (Ref - 5912)

 

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) are seeking companies to participate in a tender process for the provision of specialist technical overhaul services and the supply of replacement parts for ‘Westinghouse Air Brake Division’ Servotrol equipment currently fitted on a fleet of electrical multiple units.

 

The Wabco equipment (J-7 Servotrol Control Unit) comprises of 6 separate portions of equipment;

a.      ‘S-1’ Servotrol Control (Pt No. 587409)

b.      ‘H-7’ Relay Air Valve Portion (Pt No. 584877)

c.      ‘Variable Load Valve Portion’ (Pt No. 588182)

d.      ’24-C’ Double Check Valve Portion (Pt No. 577998)

e.      ‘J-1’ Relay Valve Portion (Pt No. 556298)

f.       ‘FB-4’ Magnet Valve Portion (Pt No. 587816)

 

 

Companies will have experience in the maintenance of electro-pneumatic brake equipment, preferably Wabco Servotrol equipment, and will have access to genuine replacement spare parts as required.
