St Mary's Mansions Regeneration - Regeneration works at St Mary's Mansions, Dublin 1 to provide 80 no. new and refurbished apartments

The proposed works include the refurbishment and deep retrofit of the existing structure and the addition of two new floors of accommodation over the existing building, to provide a total of 80 no. housing units, to meet current apartment area standards. The total area of the completed development is c. 8550 sq. m.
