ISW011C-1 - Provision of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) Software & associated services for the HSE & other Public Health Service providers (Section 38, 39 organisations and Tusla)
The Health Service Executive (HSE) as the Contracting Authority invites Tender submissions for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software from suitable software providers. The purpose is to provide an Integrated Financial and Procurement System (IFMS) to the HSE and other Public Health Service providers (Section 38, 39 organisations and Tusla)
This public procurement competition relates to the following to which Tenderers must respond in totality:
· The provision of an ERP software solution to meet the requirements of a single Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) for the Contracting Authority.
· Appropriate ERP licensing based on a pay as you grow model to support the future phased implementation of the IFMS solution across the Contracting Authority.
· ERP software product support and maintenance to ensure delivery of new software releases and resolution of software problems / issues as appropriate.
Tenderers should note that this competition relates to selection of the ERP software solution. Implementation of the selected ERP software solution will be subject to a separate public procurement process.
The Initial Term of the Contract is for 10 (ten) years and the HSE reserves the right to extend for an additional period of up to 10 (ten) years.
