PLI006F - Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Legal Services to Educational & Training Boards
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this RFT as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below). The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the services described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Services”).
A Tenderers Briefing will be conducted in either ETBI Headquarters, Naas or at a venue in Dublin. Further details as they relate to time, location, duration etc will be advised in due course by email. Tenderers should indicate their intention to attend the Briefing by emailing the Notification to Attend Tenderers Briefing (which is attached as a separate document to this RFT) to gerard.hiney@ogp.gov.ie no later than 12:00 (noon) on 12th October 2016. Please note that Tenderers are limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives in attendance at the Tenderers Briefing. Tenderers should note that attendance at the Tenderers Briefing is not mandatory and that all information (including any questions and answers) made available at the Tenderers Briefing (including the presentation deck) will be made available after the event through publication on www.etenders.gov.ie.
