FD/02/05/328 - Establishment of Small Works Construction Framework

2.3 The purpose of this Competition is to conclude frameworks (the “Frameworks) for each geographical region for the execution of construction of works within the Prisons Estate as more particularly described hereunder at Part 5 of this Establishment Document (the “Works”). The five highest ranking Tenderers shall each be awarded a place on the Framework for the Lot applied for and invited to tender for works between €6,000 and €500,000 (ex VAT) in value. Tenderers can compete for a maximum of two Lots.
