FSU038C - Request for Tenders for the Supply of Operational/Service Dress Uniforms and Footwear to the Irish Coast Guard.
The Irish Coast Guard (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tender responses to this request for tenders from economic operators for the supply of Operational Uniforms, Service Dress Uniforms and Footwear as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
The Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and is tasked (inter alia) with sourcing goods and / or services for
and on behalf of public service bodies, including the Irish Coast Guard. References to the Contracting Authority in this RFT may be deemed to include the OGP (where the context so
requires).
1.2 The Contracting Authority is conducting three competitions for three (3) separate contracts (each a “Goods Contract”) for the manufacture, supply and delivery of various Goods to the
Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority/OGP is conducting the Competitions for the Goods Contracts using the open procedure and in accordance with the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016.
