I am setting up a Fresh Gluten Free Pasta Manufacturing Plant in Clonminam Business park in County Laois Ireland .
I will be producing fresh gluten free long and short pasta , filled pastas and also a ready made fresh Lasagna . All gluten free .
I have put a full specification of all the equipment to tender . I know that this equipment is mainly manufactured in Italy . I will look at all tenders .
I am looking for a full production line to produce 100-150 kilos per hour of pasta . Also I am looking for a production line for making ready made lasagna .
The fresh pasta will be packaged in 400 grams gas flushed packs for the retail sector and frozen for the foodservice sector .
The lasagna will be 1000 grams , also packed in a gas flushed tray for the retail sector and frozen for the foodservice sector
