5976 - UNDERFLOOR WHEEL LATHE MAINTENANCE

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Maitenance on the underfloor wheel lathe located at Portlaoise Train Care Depot. Iarnród Éireann- Irish Rail (IÉ) requires a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance on an under floor wheel lathe located at the Portlaoise Depot, County Laois. The Lathe is a Sculfort TF 2000 HD Model installed in 2008. The duration of the contract will be for an initial 3 year period; however Iarnród Éireann reserves the right to extend this on a year by year basis for a further two years subject to performance and agreement. A Scope of Services document and a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire are both attached to this notice
