HSE 7271 - Tender for the establishment of a National Framework Agreement for the provision of Anaesthetic and Critical Care Consumables

The HSE wishes to establish a National Framework Agreement for the provision of of Anaesthetic and Critical Care Consumables for both paediatric and Adult Service Service Service Service Users. The Framework Agreement will be available to (i) The HSE and any publically funded organisation or agency providing health care in the Republic of Ireland; (ii) Any other Public Sector Body (including but not limited to (a) all Central Government Departments and bodies under their aegis, (b) Local Authorities, and (c) non-commercial Semi-State Organisations; and (iii) Any Private Sector Body providing services to a Public Sector Body where it is deemed appropriate by that Public Sector Body that the Private Sector Body should use this framework.
