Re: Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Interventional Cardiology Drug Eluting Stents, SJH 2016.

 

The procurement is being undertaken by the Board of St James’s Hospital (SJH), James’s Street Dublin 8 (herein known as the Contracting Authority (CA). For clarity the primary customer and the contract holder will be SJH.

 

The CA will be utilising the OJEU Open Procedure as described in Article 57 Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC (Public Sector Directive), as transposed into Irish Law Regulation.

 

Interested Parties (referred to herein as "Tenderers") are advised to read all the tender documentation and to ensure that their submission complies with the instructions contained in this ITT document and that all information requested is returned.
