An Information Memorandum and Pre-qualification Questionnaire are available on the eTenders Website at (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/). Candidates wishing to participate should ensure that the Pre-qualification Questionnaire is completed and returned with any appropriate documentation, before the closing date set out in the Information Memorandum, to the address set out at Annex A.III. The Information Memorandum sets out details of the project and the procurement process.
- TII reserves the right to terminate the process at any time or to change the basis of, or the procedures for, the competition. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not necessarily be accepted;
- TII is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2014. The Candidate shall state if any information supplied by it in response to this notice is confidential or commercially sensitive or should not be disclosed in respect for information under the aforementioned Acts. The Candidate shall state why it considers the information to be confidential or commercially sensitive. The Authority will consult with any Candidate/ Tenderer about sensitive information before making a decision on any Freedom of Information request received;
- TII accepts no liability for any costs and/or expenses incurred by any Candidate in connection with the competition (including the application and/or attendance interview, if required);
- The acceptance of any tender will be subject to the sanction of TII, and to evidence that the Tenderer has a current tax-clearance certificate or a sub-contractors C2 certificate.
