Property Valuation Services - Procurement of Property Valuation Services

Housing Agency in its own capacity, or at the request of a Local Authority or an Approved Housing Body wishes to procure Property Valuation Services to be conducted by qualified Property Valuer(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency in support of its role to assist the Local Authorities and Approved Housing Bodies, in the acquisition of suitable properties for social housing and related programmes as and when required.
