EOI Seamus Heaney Exhibition - Request for Expressions of Interest for the provision of Exhibition Design Supply Install Maintain Services

The National Library of Ireland (the “Contracting Authority”) invites Expressions of Interest (“Tenders”) to this Expressions of Interest (“EOI”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this EOI (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: Exhibition Design Supply Install Maintain. Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of one year to design and install the exhibition and annually renewable maintenance contract for a period of five years (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed [Services Contracts – may amount to some, €700,000 maximum excluding VAT for Exhibition Design Supply Install and Annual Maintenance €8,000 maximimum per annum] (excl. VAT) over the Term. Candidates must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current and future expected usage.
