16/7/1 - Electrical Maintenance Services

The scope of the works is to provide: Planned preventative maintenance of emergency lighting, medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchgear and distribution boards. Reactive maintenance of all other electrical systems on a time and material basis, together with new electrical installation works, based on the tendered “basket” of hours submitted with this tender.
