Longford County Council requires an Architect Led Team Design Services to : Review of Draft Design and Consents of Part 8 Planning approved by Longford County Council (See draft design in Background Information). Prepare Detailed Design of the building, including design of building services, building fit out, ground works, drainage, wastewater. Prepare Pricing document Preparation of Tender Documents and management of the Tender process for the procurement and appointment of a Contractor for the construction stage Consult with the Client during the Preliminary and Detailed Design Stages Assisting the Client during the Construction Stage and handover stage Fulfilling the duties of the Project Supervisor Design Stage (PSDP) Fulfilling the duties of the Assigned Certifier Fulfilling the duties of the Design Certifier See full details of Client Requirements in Schedule B.
