Recreation & Amenity Department - Galway City Council Flower Planters Supply & Maintenance 2014(3 Year Contract)

Tenders are invited from competent companies for the supply and maintenance of Planters planted with the mixture of planting . There are 32 planters required in total with 64 plastic inserts to be used for the planting in the planters. 30 of these are to be brought to 6 site locations and as set out in the drawings attached (labelled A-G) with two spare planters to be kept by the tenderer. These 2 planters are to be kept as supplementary planters to be used as replacements where damage has occurred or planting has failed in other display planters. The 64 plastic inserts are to be kept by the successful tenderer and used over the planting season in the 30 planters located around the City.
