Dear Sir/Madam,

 

This tendering procedure is intended to enable GMIT Castlebar Campus to put in place a service contract for routine grounds maintenance and landscaping services, at our GMIT Castlebar Campus & IiBC Building, Westport Road, Castlebar Co Mayo.

 

Queries

All queries regarding this tender should be submitted via email to: cathal.mchugh@gmit.ie Responses will be circulated only to those Tenderers that have registered an interest in this notice on the Irish Government Procurement Opportunities Portal www.etenders.gov.ie. The identity of the person making a query will not be disclosed when circulating the response.

 

The latest date for receipt of queries is Friday 12^th April 2013 at 3.00 p.m.  to enable responses to be issued all Tenderers prior to the deadline date for the receipt of tenders.

 

Tender Submission

 

Tender for the Grounds Maintenance Landscaping Service  to GMIT Castlebar Campus
Deadline Date:  Monday 22^nd April  2013 12 noon (local time)

 

The completed Tender (which is to include all of the material identified in the Checklist for Tender Submissions at the start of the Invitation to Tender Document) shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and delivered either by post or hand delivery to:
